The new Alitalia was born in 2009 with the merger of Alitalia and Air One. With bases in six Italian cities: Rome, Turin, Milan, Catania, Venice and Naples, and services to and from a further 20 Italian airports, Alitalia flies to more than 90 destinations across Europe, North & South America, Africa, the Middle & Far East.
The latest Airbus A330 aircraft joining the fleet offer an additional 'Classica Plus' premium economy class, which features on selected routes.
The airline is a member of the SKYTEAM alliance which serves over 900 airports in almost 170 countries through its member and associate airlines.
